Mark is a leader in the customer experience and product design world. He currently heads Panera Bread’s Product and Design Group. Previously, as Head of Experience Design for SapientNitro’s Boston office, Mark lead, inspired and managed 30+ members of the experience design studio setting the vision for client such as CVS, L.L. Bean, Keurig, The Boston Globe, CNN, Wall Street Journal, Voya, TIAA Cref, The Hartford and Staples. Mark’s focus for the staff of world-class experience designers is on creating human-centered, compelling experiences that influence behaviors and add value to people’s lives. He is uniquely positioned for his role given his deep roots and expertise in both design and strategy. As an additional outlet for his passion around design thinking, Mark writes, instructs and speaks on customer engagement.
